Product availability
all our products are made after 12 hours of placing order as they are customized according to customers preferences.
After 12 hours we do not offer refunds as Production work starts processing.
All Cancellation and refunds are offered only with 12 hours of placing order
In any unforeseen circumstances and with or without notice we may have to stop selling products through G&G BEDS LTD shop online temporarily or permanently.
We will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of updating or modifying our website thou we resure to resolve any issues so our customers are satisfied.
You can purchase our products if your aged 18 or over and a UK resident.
You will need address and a contact number so we can contact you.

Placing orders
After placing orders you will receive order acknowledgement emails and kept up to date depending to you preferences.
This will contain information about your product and total costs include delivery details along with reference numbers.

Payment
We will take payment via paypal credit/debt card for ordering online in the UK.
Taking payments does not mean we have accepted your orders if for any unforeseen circumstances or reasons we are unable to accept your order we will provide you with full refund within 14 working days.

Pricing
All our products are VAT inclusive and other applicable taxes.


Delivery
We sub contract our delivery services to trust transport services providers thou we shall at G&G BEDS LTD remain responsible for the delivery service.
* Customers living in Flats, multi storey or shared accommodations must make sure there is access to property.
* Drivers will deliver to Ground Floor to properties for any Flats they will be obliged to take item to the reception.
* Drivers are not qualified to do fitting
* Self Assembly is required

Online Delivery Dates
We aim to deliver within 2weeks depending on availability of our services can otherwise take upto within 3 weeks.

Changing delivery date
if you would like to make an alternative change to delivery date please contact G&G BEDS LTD in states ours via EMAIL

Our availability
Is held responsible on in any event unforeseen circumstances (eg, Breakdowns/traffic/accidents/servere weather conditions) 
We will immediately contact you and arrange alternatives arrangements. 
We will not be held responsible for time loss during unforeseen circumstances of delivery.

Damage item
If items within packaging are faulty or damaged please notify driver who will seek to resolve. If you notice any other damage please contact G&G BEDS LTD to notify as soon as possible
